The SX3242FX Eurodesk - The Awesome 32-Channel Mixer From Behringer
The Behringer SX3242FX Eurodesk is a 32-channel mixing desk that packs a lot of punch. The multipurpose SX3242FX features an impressive 24 microphone channels – each fitted with XENYX preamps. The Behringer SX3242FX comes complete with all the bells and whistles including a nine-band graphic equaliser with automatic feedback detection, two built-in digital effects processors and four subgroup bus outputs. Because the Behringer SX series follows a conventional layout, the SX3242FX is easy to learn and quick to master. The affordable Behringer SX3242FX is well suited to both live and studio settings.
The Behringer SX3242FX features an immense 32 channels of audio - 24 microphone channels, and an additional eight line inputs arranged in stereo pairs. Each of the 24 microhphone channels feature XENYL pre-amps, recognised for their low-noise and precise sound. Available on all 24 microphone channels globally is phantom power. The SX3242FX also contains four subgroups for assigning multiple inputs to a single fader.
The SX3242FX Eurodesk also features “British” EQ which makes for an awesome package when combined with the XENYL pre-amps. British EQ is based on the classic UK consoles of the 60’s and 70’s and means a more subtle EQ with wider curves/lower Q and harmonic phase characteristics that create a more musical sound. The SX3242FX Eurodesk contains a built-in 24-bit effects processor with standard effects such as compressors, reverbs and delays as well as some dynamic processors and enhancers such as Ultramizer, Ultrabass and Exciter. The SX3242FX also features FBQ, the innovative yet user-friendly feedback detection unit.
